In the morning, we will depart from Vancouver and drive to Weaver Creek to enjoy the natural return of salmon. Weaver Creek is a salmon breeding ground set up by the government. A 3-kilometer-long shallow stream waterway was artificially built for salmon to spawn and reproduce the next generation. The growth and reproduction of salmon are very regular. They first spawn at the source of the river, and then go into the river along the stream and enter the ocean after growing up. After four years, the salmon will swim upstream to return to their birthplace to spawn, and then they will die immediately. Due to the turbulent water flow during the migration, they cannot eat in order to move forward, and can only rely on the fat and protein in their bodies to support the whole process. Therefore, their bodies will slowly turn red during the spawning period, which is different from the silvery white during the ocean period. Every autumn when the salmon return, a red stream will form wherever the salmon pass, which is extremely spectacular. After that, go to Kelowna, visit the famous local "VQA" Grizzli Winery, taste red and white grape wines and buy world-famous Canadian ice wine. Finally, let's go to a famous local farm and enjoy picking fresh fruit. Evening drive to Vernon for rest.

In the morning we set off from Vernon and headed to the Adam River to watch the salmon migration. This twelve-kilometer-long river is a migration ground for sockeye salmon. More than a million wild salmon migrate to spawn every year, which is very spectacular. Then we will go to Kamloops, which is one of the largest ginseng producing areas in Canada and is known as the "Ginseng City". You can learn about the post-harvest processing of fresh ginseng and explore various American ginseng products at the Ginseng Factory. Finally, we return to Vancouver via the scenic Fraser Valley to rest.
