guides are great! Itinerary best for first timers. we enjoyed our trip except for the hotels chosen in italy, it is a disappointment. it shouldnt be labeled as a 3 star hotel.

Brian Montgomery was the best tour guide ever!!! I would love to book another tour with him and not my other tour guide. The drivers need to relax more and stop driving aggressively
Excellent tour allowing us to visit many places within a limited period of time, in the meantime, tour guide gave breaks which made the tour comfortable. We were lucky to have Sabathtian for the E glish speaking group as a tour guide/leade..r during the last 7 days, while the tour guide in Paris, Mickey, during the first 2 days, was not interested in the job. She just took us from one place to the other without even giving any description or explanation before reaching the place or when we reached it. Sabathtian can be accompanied by guides/leaders like Mickey and Viet (for the Vietnamese group) for on the job training. Actually, the unprofessional behaviour of Viet was noticeably modified when he accompanied Sabathtian, during the last 7 day.
However, the tour was very good and I recommend it.Read full review
Such a great tour with a great tour guide Geno.
This tour cover lots of famous sight seeing places.
It is pretty good for someone they are first time in Paris and Italy.
Hotels are good as well.
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind this is a budget tour !!!
Basically you get transport and lodging.
Not sure why passport info was required when never verified during the tour.
Buy your own tickets and wait in line for attractions with exceptio..ns of a few, Colosseum, Venice, Vatican.
Issues with hotels: no hot water at 1 hotel, lack of options for dinner, bad food, service, pricing, bad Wi-Fi.
One family was left behind because did not arrive at meeting point on time; good and bad.Read full review
As the overview states, this is a fast-paced tour, covering a vast amount of territory over 3 countries. Expect lots of walking (4-6 miles a day) and sitting on the bus getting to your destination. Once at your destination, you will have an.. excellent time as everything is organized from the hotels, to breakfast, and sightseeing. We wished we could of had a little more free time in each destination, but the schedule just does not allow it with all the cities to see. Things to bring that will help you enjoy your stay better include a neck pillow and small blanket for the bus, poncho and umbrella for rainy days, and a Universal Power Adapter. If you forget this adapter, you will not be able to charge your phone, camera, ipad, etc. AND, be prepared to charge these at your hotel as the bus does not offer charging stations.Read full review
100% 9 Days Europe Tour (France,Switzerland and Italy)

Tour was very nice.Well organised tour with good vehicle, Expert drivers and very good guide. The guide has provided all the important information in advance. All the tourist spots were shown properly within time limit.Accommodation was sati..sfactory.However, following suggestions have been made for further improvement.
1) We reached Lucerne in the evening and started in the early morning leading to minimum stay in Switzerland. One more day should be extended in Switzerland by staying at night in Zurich so that extra feeling can be carried forward.
2)The price for the tour should not be displayed in Euros since payment is made in US$ only which creates confusion.Based on your display I purchased only Euro and not dollars in my card. As a result I lost 90 Euros for releasing payment at the last moment in US$ due to exchange rates, bank charges etc.Further, fixed guide charges, entry fees, taxes excluding lunch cost should be included in the price in order to avoid any confusion and to minimise cash transaction.Read full review
The Europe tour covered a lot and well. What should have been done though is not to club the Colloseum and Sistine Chapel the same day. Even the young in the group were exhausted, leave alone the elderly like us. Places like the La Louvre s..hould be assigned a whole day because there is a lot to see instead of jogging through the corridors and pas displays.
Our Tour Manager, Mr Krisztian Kondor was a fantastic person. Thoroughly professional but absolutelu humane at the same time. He took a lot on his shoulders and never lost his cool despite irritating co-travellers (two young women) who vanished unannounced at times and Krisztian had to hunt them out and bring them back to the coach.
The driver Richard from Amsterdam was another amazing human being and a great person to spend some time with.
In all, it was a memorable experience for both me and my wife, and we look forward to similar but hopefully well-spaced tours with Tours4Fun in future.Read full review
We took this nine day tour through France, Switzerland and Italy ....It was great value for money and our tour manager Mr Krisztian Kondor was truly amazing ..He was firm, friendly, helpful and very courteous! The hotel rooms were very good.. and on most of the days , the breakfast buffet was excellent! The only problem was clubbing the tours of the Colloseum and Vatican City into one single day which proved to be too much for even the young and the strong in the group....Vatican City should be a full day tour. It was so rushed that we could not enjoy the beauty of Sistine Chapel or even St Paul's Cathedral. Other than this, it was a great tour and we will certainly come back for more such tours if we get a chance.Read full review
