It worths the money ! The trip is very good ! Tour guide Vicky and the bus driver are very experienced and very nice. Vicky even lent her own umbrella to us while it was raining.
It was the nice trip.we were able to get much better idea of Montreal,Ottawa and Quebec. If this trip is not there then we could have visited the places.
The tour was fantastic the only complaint that I have is with the tour guide. He was a very nice guy but not very organized. He would count the number of people multiple times before we could move on even the other tour guides with us were ..frustrated. He never told us where we were headed next so we did not know what to expect. At one point after eating lunch my mother and I were looking through a store and did not realize that we were a couple minutes late for checking in when we arrived the other tourists told us that he was going to leave us if we didn't arrive soon. They were mad that a tour guide would leave us especially since we were in Canada. However he was taking them across the street to SHOP. At this time it started pouring and there were tourists that were mad because if they had know they were just walking across to shop they would have stayed where they had been, so as not to get soaked. More information about the itinerary would be nice.Read full review

We had a great tour and had the opportunity to see places that would otherwise not have been easy to arrange or get to. Our guide was professional, our bus was clean and our hotel was amazing. Most of the meals are Asian cuisine but everywh..ere we stopped there are alternatives if you do not want to take the meal plan. All the attractions were very well coordinated by the company and our guide.Read full review

I was testing out tour guide if he would return my $1 change. He didn't. Also, I find it iffy that they don't issue an official receipt. I think it's a form of tax evasion. They would give us receipt for the initial tour package we purchase.. on the web, but no receipt for the entrance fees, meals etc. It was a good and affordable trip nevertheless. I just don't like some people who are part of the tour who are disrespectful, loud and unfair. Everyone gets turns seated at the back, the middle, and front. This guy, although I don't understand his language, complained why he is at the back and demanded to be seated in front. So the tour guide gave up his seat. It's just unfair because if he wanted the front row seat, he should've paid for VIP seats.Read full review

Kimberly, tour guide, and Mikey, driver, knew how to coordinate the tour so that we were able to see all of the attractions according to the itinerary. Hotel accommodation was decent with a mini-fridge and microwave in room, except for the ..last day. Very basic breakfast was also provided. The tour guide didn't pressure us to buy her meal plan, but we did that for our convenience. She actually told us in advance that we might not like certain meals with the group, i.e. a traditional Chinese dinner; therefore, we would be able to go on our own. It's a good idea to include a French dinner and a Canadian lunch in the itinerary. However, due to the volume of tours arrived at the same time, the restaurants were too overwhelmed. The food was not good and service was not acceptable. We could tell a bad attitude from local patrons as well as workers at the establishments toward us. We would suggest the tour operator to adjust the schedule so that there wouldn't be so many tour buses stopping at the same place at the same time. We saw 12 big tour buses, the 50+ seaters, had already parked at the Thousand Islands when we arrived. We were lucky that everyone on our tour this time was courteous and on time. Only a few individuals had a bad habit of pushing, yelling, taking too much compartment space that belong to someone else's seats, and using the toilet on the bus that caused a very bad odor. Overall, we would recommend this tour to those who want to see many attractions on a budget.Read full review
Coaches and guides were good but some water should be provided
on board also drinks holders at the seats.
Hotels were fine but some early starts were unnecessary in our opinion it is a holiday not an army trip !
