This was one of the best tours ever!! All excursions were explained to us by our tour guides, Zach and Jeffrey. Our favorite stops was at Niagara Falls and Glen Watkins State Park was super amazing! My family of 6 had such a great time!! Za..ch and Jeffrey were very fun and very informative! We felt bad for them as there was a few customers that kept complaining about the smallest things. Wish we could do this again!!Read full review
It was a great tour, for the short 2 days. We really enjoyed it. The only problem was that it was not enough time for using restrooms and if you need to stop for using restrooms it could be conflict. Otherwise everything was great!!
We didn’t know anything about this tours and we didn’t know what to expect a part from the comments that we read and we were really surprised! We tried to do it by ourselves and it was almost double the price.
You just have to be aw..are to bring some snacks because you’ll spend long times inside the bus and you might not like the food there. Me and my friend brought hings for both days and it was the easiest way! But for us the most important food to bring would be the second day breakfast! You need to have cash on you to pay the activities and the tip (we didn’t do the glass museum and paid around $50-60 for activities and $20 as a tip for both days).
The room was big, clean and there was enough space for 4 persons. We had two double beds!
It’s a long bus ride but we found it a good idea to see other things instead of doing all the way there just for the falls! If you don’t like spending that much time on a bus take a flight but we found it really worth it for the price we paid!
Our guides were Emma and Rachel! They were really patients with everyone and made all he instructions and info very clear!
We made a video (in Spanish but you can see some of the activities and the room) of our weekend if you want to check:

IMPORTANT: Keep in mind this is a budget tour !!!
Basically you get transport and lodging.
Not sure why passport info was required when never verified during the tour.
Buy your own tickets and wait in line for attractions with exceptio..ns of a few, Colosseum, Venice, Vatican.
Issues with hotels: no hot water at 1 hotel, lack of options for dinner, bad food, service, pricing, bad Wi-Fi.
One family was left behind because did not arrive at meeting point on time; good and bad.Read full review

Niagara Falls was absolutely beautiful! The tour guide were very friendly and helpful . The cost was a littl missleading . The stated cost only covers the ride and a room. No food included. Hotel didn’t have food either.for each attracti..on you had to pay and some attractions were mandatory payment like the wetkins state park(which was absolutely beautiful!). The recommended service fee is actually mandatory and was collected on the bus by the tour guides. There was plenty of stopes to use restrooms and buy food. This trip is very family friendly. the attractions were absolutely beautiful how ever it didn’t seam like the tour guides were accurate historians. I would recommend this tour because it is absolutely worth it, however carry a little extra cash with you.Read full review
it is one of the the best tour, worth every single penny you spent.
the only draw back is the restrooms, though you have restroom availability they do not allow you to use them when you need it . Remaining it was good, the provided hotel a..ccommodation is very nice.Read full review
It’s one of the best trip I ever came across. Specially the guide Carolina was smart and a pleasing personality. She made every effort to make this tour memorable.
As the overview states, this is a fast-paced tour, covering a vast amount of territory over 3 countries. Expect lots of walking (4-6 miles a day) and sitting on the bus getting to your destination. Once at your destination, you will have an.. excellent time as everything is organized from the hotels, to breakfast, and sightseeing. We wished we could of had a little more free time in each destination, but the schedule just does not allow it with all the cities to see. Things to bring that will help you enjoy your stay better include a neck pillow and small blanket for the bus, poncho and umbrella for rainy days, and a Universal Power Adapter. If you forget this adapter, you will not be able to charge your phone, camera, ipad, etc. AND, be prepared to charge these at your hotel as the bus does not offer charging stations.Read full review
