100% Amazing tour - More vegan friendly approaches suggested

We would have appreciated vegan options stated as such at hotel breakfasts, in set menu lunches and lunch recommendations.
Amazing driver, very professional, we loved him, also the bus.
Itinerary was handled on time.
Knowing about the ho..tels beforehand would've been appreciated to plan free time at night.
Tour guide was professional and funny, just had some misunderstandings due to pronunciation.
Some hotel rooms were chilly, but all were nice.
Tour guide and driver service fees should be added to the final tour cost, not charged in cash, even if it implies extra taxes.Read full review
Excellent except I would have left on return trip from Niagara and stopped on the way for lunch rather than have to eat lunch at 11.30am and leave at 12 to arrive 8pm with only two 15 minute breaks very hungry by the time we arrived , overa..ll we enjoyed very much especially Watkins gorgeRead full review
It was really beautiful.. everyone needs to see the Niagara falls.. the hotel was perfect.. everything else was nice and strictly organized.. the tour was in english and chinese.. the only thing that could be better is the english of the to..ur guide Gary but still you can understand everything.Read full review
The trip goes as planned and the accomodation is great. Its just you get less time to see things around as the itinerary is preplanned. Sometimes you need to rush for the bus. But the trip covers various places to visit which is a plus poin..t.Read full review
Overall its a really nice tour. I just have to tell that is not for everybody. I didn't expect to eat on the bus, but later after realizing how fast time passed those days I completely understood the reason behind.
If you like adventure ..and don't mind not having a fancy trip I would recommend this to you.Read full review
We missed our flight and called the customer service. We were given our tour guide number. At first, Rebecca (our tour guide) did not recognized the name we gave but later on she confirmed. She guided us, taught us what to do and made su..re the hotel will accept and accommodate us when we arrive.
From day 2 up to the last, the tour was great. All scenery were amazing. It's too tiring but it's worth it. How I wish we did not miss the 1st day of the tour. I know it will be great too.
Rebecca - our tour guide - is very good. She speaks English very well, explains a lot - very informative. Two thumbs up for Rebecca!Read full review
Jam packed tour which covers a lot of niagara based sights.
Well-organized, but a little rushed. Clean bus with bathroom breaks every 2 hrs, although very limited time at the rest stops (as someone sitting in the back and always the last o..n line, the 15 min time frame was barely enough).
Would have liked to know how to pace ourselves better at Watkin's Glen - it was hard to know if we were falling behind and how much time it really takes to complete (it would have been nice if one of the guides would have trailed the last group).
The night views of niagara were gorgeous, the guides did a great job of keeping us together.
Passed on the native american show to have a more leisurely dinner, which was worth it just given the overall pace of the tour.
I think if I were to do it again, I would consider skipping the niagara fort and having more time at niagara itself, perhaps to do another feature such as the niagara movie, cave of the winds, or to walk around more. It would also be nice to have the option to see the fireworks at night.
The hotel accomodations were great!
Overall, good tour, friendly guides - great way to see Niagara in a flash!Read full review

This was our first trip to Europe and we wanted to cover as many places as we could in 10 days. If this is what you are looking for, this tour is an excellent option. If you are looking for a more relaxed trip, choose to visit fewer locatio..ns because there is so much to see! :) First, considering the tight schedule with a bus full of tourists, the tour is well organized and everything was according to the detailed itinerary available on the website. What you see on the schedule is exactly what you get. Mano out tour guide and Freddy our driver were very good in all respects. There looks to be a lot of driving on the schedule but we were not as tired as we expected to be as there were regular breaks approximately every 2 to 2.5 hrs.Read full review
Read full review
Fast-moving but not too fast for most people. If you're looking to kick back and relax, though, this isn't for you. Danny was the greatest - informative, thoughtful, and professional and a blast to be around. Fred is a magical driver who ma..kes you forget you're on a bus. Next time I would skip the spaghetti and steak lunches but otherwise I wouldn't change a thing. Hotels were adequate or better, though the A/C in some places was very underpowered for American tastes. Breakfasts were so-so on the whole but that's not why you're here anyway.Read full review
1) skip the indian American dance and save $15-20 and spend extra 30 mins more time in Niagara Falls at night. You wont be able to enjoy the night time in Niagara falls if you attend this show.
2) Don't eat in the Food court its EXPENSI..VE; rather go to "INDIAN HOUSE BUFFET" for $15 all you can eat. its a cross the street.
3) Bring a water bottle and refill it everywhere you go.
4) for American Citizen it is possible to go cross Canadian border on your last day. You'll have about 2 hours after the maid of the mist ride to explore Niagara falls. it takes about 1:30hr to go to the falls in Canadian side eat breakfast and come back to the bus. But you have to walk fast. LOL. mind that there could be a line in the border, make sure you are at the border at 11:30 am cuz the bus leaves at 12pm.Read full review
