Great tour guide! Driver was also skillful, very little to no bumps felt on the road during the trip. Accommodations were also clean, and pleasant to stay in.
Review:
-need to have opportunity to take pictures outside Olympic stadium
-ide..ntify which attractions are disability accessible
-allow for more time at St. Joseph oratory
-must pre disclose price for lunches (that are included in the day's itinerary)- it's understood that meals are not mandatory.
Otherwise, enjoyed the trip with my family.Read full review
We thought the trip was a bit rushed, a lot of time spent on the bus. The tour guide and bus driver were really nice, kept the group on time etc. but the tour guide could have provided more information about each stop. I felt I learnt the b..ear minimum from each location. We did all the activities and food arrangements which we are glad we did because there didn't seem to be any alternatives if you did not want to participate on certain activities or eat in the locations chosen. The hotels where really nice but information about the hotels prior to the trip would have been nice e.g. 2nd hotel had a pool etc. And would have been nice to know this prior to getting there so we would have been prepared.Read full review
Excellent customer service. Henry (Guide) and Wendy (Driver) were polite and very friendly. Food quality was very good and hotel accommodation was acceptable per 3 star rating.
I would definitely recommend to take this short and sweet tour...Read full review

the iterinary for places to tour did not include the botanical gardens as a choice.
was not specified before buying the trip .
will help if there are list of what places are included.
and to specify that other places the tour had scheduled,.. like the places that was added is not mandatory.Read full review

Short trip but packed with activities. We were on the go every day. The tours we good. Sorry to we got to first hotel kind of late. Also we left early every morning. Yes could sleep on the bus.
Kingston thousand island cruise was very relaxing, french dinner was yummy, museum visits were informative & educational, driver jimmy was nice and our tourist guide Joyce was well prepared/organized and did her job well.
I just want to i..nform you that the first night May 18, 2019 the Auberge Royal Versailles hotel at Montreal,
was not good enough, the coffee maker was not working, no microwave and the bed had so much bedbugs. My 11year old son after taking shower slept right away but not yet 1 hour he was complaining of itchy feet and he had rashes all over his arms and feet.
He was sneezing terribly,
that's why we hardly slept at that hotel. I mentioned to our tourist guide regarding the dusty beddings.Read full review

It was a great tour we saw lots but I think we lost some things in translation as the 2nd language was mandarin and although the tour guide was good we really didn’t enjoy listening to the other language explanations
Tour was managed excellently. Joyce and Jimmy were very helpful and they made us feel like home very caring. I loved the hospitality of Joyce, 5 stars for her. Please properly justify her efforts she is best. Thanks
