Highly recommended! I just wished the website would show a real time availability. However the CS team handled it well, they offered us another tour which was the Lower Antelope Canyon (we initially booked the Upper one). It was still mindb..lowing! One of the best places i've ever been to. Might be difficult for people with walking problems as there were a lot of stair climbing. And also, for our lunch break, we felt like the tour guide kinda "forced" us to eat at the buffet restaurant and he told us that there wont be any other restaurants there. Luckily we looked at google map first and saw fast food chain nearby. So we just went there instead and spent only half the buffet amount.Read full review
Very poor tour, was never advised it was a bi-lingual tour most of it was in Mandarin.
You don't actually visit Hoover Dam, you go to a lookout to see it from 1km away.
Very poor tour, would not recommend.

Good option en general, but the tour guide took in mandarin most of the time and my friend and me of course we didn't understand a lot of things, but go to know that place deserves everything.
The majority of tour participants are Mandarin speakers, including the tour guide, and 70% of the time he gave instructions in Mandarin, the rest of the time with unclear English, we didn't know what is happening and where to go. The wait t..ime after the antelope canyon tour was the worst. Tourists of the tour either visit lower or upper antelope, given that participants of the lower start the tour earlier than the upper ones, they obviously will finish the tour earlier as both tours have the same duration. Yet, the guide didn't mention when and where the coach will come back to pick us up at the venue, and around a dozen of us were left waiting at the windy and barren parking lot for over an hour. No idea why they chose to wait till the upper tours finish before taking care of us. Very poor management.Read full review

The group of people with us are so loud it should be part of the tour guide to tell everyone to respect each other company. We neeed to sleep at 440am but they keep on talking until the time that we are going home still very loud. Hope you ..can address to Frank our tour guide next time include it on his briefing. Tour guide should provide more informative on the destinations. I expected water was provided like my last tour but there was none. We asked the tour guide but he dodged the request several times ( we did hear he mentioned water was inclu..ded in the $10/person/day service fee)Read full review
