I Was put in a Chinese speaking group. Lunch and dinner stops were Chinese buffet. Tour guide was finding difficulty in talking english as she has to speak in english for only me. Whole bus was full of chineese.
First positive : well planned tour , good utilisation of time, hotel was very neat and comfortable and driver was experienced.
Now negative : the guide was very rude. Kindly keep pleasant people .

The time spent at each location is limited, which is something expected in a group tour. However, overall the tour was great since you get to see many things.

We enjoy the trip very much. Especially, the tour guide (Peggie) explain everything in details in 3 different languages fluently. She is friendly, helpful and funny. Never have any doubt moment in the whole trip. Accommodation is great. My ..74 years old mother in law love it. Only downside are the Chinese Buffets. Apart from that we recommend the trip to anyone.Read full review

It was an excellent and well organized trip irrespective of the extreme cold weather conditions that prevailed during the trip period. Guidance at the attractions was also very helpful. Recommended.
It was a great 3 day trip.
First to Kingston, then to Ottawa, and Montreal then Quebec and Thousand Island.
I wouldn’t even cover these many attractions on my own in short time.
The hotels was good.
We had a time crunch. We were n..ot able to pick up coffee in the morning due to 15 minutes break. It would be better if we can get 25 minutes break to make sure we pick up something to eat and get bio break.
The places they took us for lunch was not that great. Hard to see if the food item was chicken or beef. There were very few vegetable items.
WiFi was extremely slow.Read full review

Tour guide Ms Peggy Lin is a very friendly and lovely lady. Her knowledge of the places are from informative. She has to explain in 3 languages and I was impressed. All the places we visited were beautiful.
I and my family had the pleasure of taking this tour and am glad to have made a right decision. Though the schedule was a bit tight, but we enjoyed every moment of the trip. The tour guide Ms.Ivey Wong was very informative and nice. The tou..r itinerary was well designed. The hotels stay was good. Overall experience was good.Read full review
