"We booked a trip with Tours4Fun as it seemed to be reasonably priced. It was including everything, including all the parts that I did not want to deal with, like the flight and the shuttle to the airport. Purchasing online was pretty strai..ghtforward and the service they provided was excellent. My wife and I went on the Niagara trip from New York City which went really well. It was Labor Day weekend and the border crossing was really crowded. The tour guide then decided to go on foot across the border and I thought that was a great move. Our experience was actually much better for having gone on foot rather than by van across to the border. We were happy as it was very well-planned and very professional."Read full review
Our tour was great. Guiseppe was an excellent tour guide and very accommodating and helpful. Quite knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this trip. Only problem was it started to snow and our flight back to NY was delayed several ho..urs - of course that is no fault of the tour or the guide. We spent a lot of time in the Buffalo terminal.Read full review

Trip to Niagara Falls with L&L tour was the best part of our visit NYC. Good itinerary, very nice attractions. We really enjoyed this tour! Special thanks to our tour guide :D Highly recommend to others! Good value for money.
My family booked in advance from Israel (parents + 2 kids). The price is not cheap and you should not forget to bring the additional fees with you (attractions + driver/tour leader fee). It's not easy to calculate the cost paid on the bus. ..The tour was successful, and Vivian, our Chinese/ English tour leader did her best. The bus tour was relatively convenient. Recommend the pick-up at Parsippany, NJ(free parking, coffeshop/ supermarket). Weather was splendid (August 19th, 2013).Read full review

We booked from Germany and that was a really great tour, 3 persons. But we had to pay 190 USD for tickets per person and we had to pay 24 USD for guide and bus driver. So we had to pay 642 USD extra - pricing is not transparent. If you book.. by internet this must be clear - we thought driver and guide is included. Great tour but price is not cheap!! I had so much much fun. I have seen much i was so tired, trust me if you're someone that likes discovering, exploring, this is trip is for you. The only thing i didnt appreciate is $48 i had to pay for some kind of fees. I had to problem pa..ying that but they should have told us about it. other than that, everything was great. i absolutely enjoyed it, If I have a chance to do it, i would...Read full review
Was a great all-around trip. Jam-packed with activities from start to finish. Good itinerary, excellent sights. The one thing that could be better explained is the amount of money needed for all activities. Information says bring $100-$1..50 for extra expenses, when actually a bit more than that is needed. That could be communicated more clearly. Not a big deal, there were plenty of ATMs around, but if you are on a tight budget, it might be an issue. Other than that is was top notch and would take another trip with this company...as a matter of fact, we are planning the next!Read full review

This trip is obviously a budget tour, the old saying is you get what you pay for. Be prepared that if you do not want to do all the attractions you will be sitting around and waiting a lot of the time. If you do participate in everything th..ere is a cost of $210 per person plus your $24 per person service fee.
The bus was basic and the seats quite uncomfortable and the tour is definitely packaged towards the Chinese guests with dinner both nights organised at Chinese restaurants and on the night the only other food option close by was Indian. We stopped for 1 hour for dinner 20 minutes from our motel when there were a large variety of different eating options near the motel.
The first two days we were sitting at the front of the bus and there was plenty of leg room but the third day the tour guide reallocated seating and we were relocated to the back of the bus where there was no leg room at all (and I have short legs. The driver advised us that they had put the seats at the back of the bus closer so they could fit another row of seating in. There was also a vibration in the back of the bus that my husband described as either being a tyre out of round or a tyre out of balance. This vibration got worse the faster we went.
On the way home after a delay at US immigration as one of the passengers was refused entry back into the US we finally set off on our way. After about 5 minutes the window directly behind me (on the rear LHS of the bus near the toilet) blew open and my son was able to get it closed but the noise of the wind whistling through the gap and the cold air was terrible.
About 10 minutes later the rear window at the right hand side of the bus started to open. My husband tried to stop it but the handle was at the back of the window and it blew opened, this then caused the window behind me to open again. We told the driver to stop but he just kept driving, not only did he keep driving but he did not slow down. A few seconds later they got the window on the Right Hand Side closed but the window on the Left hand side blew totally off, even after this happened and the tour guide went down to the front of the bus and again told the driver to stop he continued driving for several kilometres before he pulled over.
After he inspected the bus he advised us he would have to drive to the next food stop (20 minutes away) and he would find something to tape it off to get us home because if we had to wait for another bus it would take 7 hours for it to get there.
It was freezing cold at the back of the bus with the window missing and I feel the attitude of the bus driver was disgusting, it does not matter where you are driving if there is an emergency which there obviously was, you can stop for a short time. Had he done that then the window would probably not have blown off.

I don't understand why there aren't more reviews, because I really enjoyed this tour. It was great! We were picked up by a nice shuttlebus driver, someone was waiting for us on the airport, our tourguide (Giuseppe) was very funny and enthus..iastic, the bus was very nice and clean, the busdriver (Melissa) was nice, we had a very luxurious lunch at the Sheraton Hotel.. And most important; we saw everything there was to see! We went on the Maid of the Mist Boat Tour, we saw the American and Canadian side of the Niagara Falls and more. We even went through Buffalo!
I could only recommend this.
The only thing I'll complain about is that the agency is hard to reach when you're reconfirming the reservation 24 hours before. Luckily someone from our hotel could help us out with that.
We really had a great day and if I had to choose again, I would choose this tour.Read full review
We took this trip during Christmas time and it was really cool, most of the people were Chinese but it didn't make any difference. Tour guide - Teresa was very nice. Hotels were amazing! Really good price.
