Our tour guide Doris was fantastic. She gave us a lot of historical information on the journey to Niagara Falls which was a bonus and was always ready to help.
100% Awesome trip. Long days but worth every minute!

Doris our tour guide was amazing. She was very attentive and gave us a lot of history during the bus ride. She made sure that every person on the bus was happy. Our driver was very good and we felt safe the whole time.
The trip was very amazing. You could improve when somebody reserve a tour or plan in the day. Maybe the guide can have the names of the people in someplace.
This is a pretty good trip. It is a bit rushed but all of these bus tours are. Our guide Jane was really great. I would recommend it if you want to see Niagara Falls in a short amount of time.

Max was such a nice guide and he took care of us the whole trip . The Niagara Falls are just amazing and the best part of the trip is the Maid of the Mist boat tour
We went end of April and it was fun! The bus was clean and you could charge your phone. You didn't have to go to all the extra option, but I strongly recommend the Maid of Mist boat tour (18$). The hotel was really nice and clean!! TV, brea..kfast, hairdryer... The room looked great! Our tour guide was Max and he's the best! Super nice, friendly and you could ask him everything. Very well planned trip! And for this price totally worth it! We took some great pictures and had enough time to see everything. We even went to the Canadian side on our own!Read full review
Enjoyed the tour very much . The Corning factory was really interesting and the Falls - wow for everything ! Max was a lovely helpful guide . Hotel was a good standard . We would have liked longer at each attraction but had time limitations.. due to tour requirements , good value !Read full review
Diana was a great and enthusiastic tour guide. Nice driver as well. Both were very helpful in accomodating for our service dog. Adequate information provision in both Chinese and English, making all feel part of the group.
We decided to take this trip while we were on New York for a week. It was perfect we didn't have to drive and we were really please with itinerary. Walking glen is amazing a must do. we wanted to wait for the night lights at Niagara falls o..ur guide said no :( . Few tips: bring at least 300 in cash, bring blanket or jacket it gets really cold in the bus, wear comfy shoes to go Watkins Glenn. Overfall for such a short trip we think is great our tour guide Kevin very organized. We definitely recommended.Read full review
