We enjoyed our tour very much, not only my family but also everybody who joined the tour. Everybody joined all the attractions except the Imax movie. But the rest we joined. Our guides namely Steven and Jackie together with our driver, they.. were very nice, organized. we were on time allways, we were on schedule. They r also very helpful. I suggest you join all the attractions, except the corning glass museum, imax movie and the CN tower. The hotels where we stayed are also nice, big and nice hotel. We stayed at Universal Inn at Niagara falls, and Quality hotel in Toronto. they were both nice. We are satisfied. An excellent tour!Read full review
This is an awesome tour. Everything was perfect. The hotels, bus and attractions.
You just need to plan on some extra money for the attractions.
I really enjoyed it

The itinerary is great, except the CN tower. You can skip this and the IMAX Theatre experience. The tour guide walks too fast not giving consideration to older people who are having a hard time catching up with her. We wasted a lot of time ..at the border patrol offices because of some people who do not have proper documentation. The tour company should check the documents before leaving for the tour. Altogether, no regrets at having joined this tour. My family had a great time except for these minor hiccups.Read full review
We have booked this tour as part of our 10 day trip to NYC and were satisfied with it.
On the first day of the tour it was a bit difficult finding the correct bus in Chinatown as there are countless tours with this and other companies.
..Behind a desk two Chinese people were advising the bus numbers for the respective tours but we were sent tot he wrong busses twice. When we finally got to our bus our tour guide Wendy greeted us with a loud "NO!" as the bus was almost full - except for the two of us. Everything was sorted quickly though and we got on the bus to commence our travels with 43 Chinese people and 9 none-Chinese people. We saw another bus with Indian people so I think they're trying to group you by ethnicity - maybe so you don't feel like a stranger?
The Chinese unfortunately kept to themselves so we only really had contact with the other 7 passengers. We ended up becoming very good friends with one of the couples and has made the trip be forever more memorable in my mind.
There is a lot of driving and you only have little time to enjoy at the attractions. I was trying to meet up with a friend from Toronto and ended up seeing her for about 10 minutes. But all in all the tour is great. If you do all the attractions it's quite pricey but we simply informed ourselves before the trip and did
- The Thousand Island Tour
- CN tower
- Skylon tower w/o lunch (I wouldn't recommend this attraction)
- Maid of the Mist
- Cave of the winds (definitely do this if you can! You're walking where the American Bridal Veil Falls come down into Niagara River. On the Hurricane Deck you're being showered by the Falls as the powerful Bridal Veil speeds down into the river )
only. That way we had a little bit more time while people were doing e.g. The Corning Glass Museum, the Niagara Imax etc.
The admissions purchased from Wendy weren't noticeably more expensive than the ones on-site. You were always in the Fast-Track and somebody else (your tour guide) is doing all the organising/queuing for you so I didn't mind those 2-5$ more.
This tour incluides a lot of driving, getting up early and very tight time lines - but you get a lot in return. Canada is simply beautiful and the Niagara Falls are worth visiting once in your life.
The hotels we stayed at were the Holiday Inn and Travelodge, the standards were very good but the hotels were far away from the city so you weren't able to go explore on your own at night. This is probably better as this tour is not for part animals due to getting up early and lots of travelling.
I don't know about the lunch/dinner organized by our tour guide as we never went on those. Due to the nature of the group they often went to Chinese buffets - but we wanted to explore the local cuisine and went wandering off on our own. I can recommend traditional Chinese buns in Toronto.
Our tour guide Wendy was charming, entertaining and absolutely wonderful! Everybody loved her - aside from two Russian passengers that were being incredibly rude and refused to pay the service fee. Aside from that the trip was really wonderful and Wendy (although I'm sure that wasn't her real name, just simplified from Chinese for stupid tourists) and our driver Jorge were just perfect! Jorge ("George" for stupid tourists) drove us safely over 1000 miles to all our locations and listened to a lot of Chinese chatting with an angel-like patience.
I'll definitiely check out tours4fun again when i go back to the States.Read full review
This was our first trip to Europe and we wanted to cover as many places as we could in 10 days. If this is what you are looking for, this tour is an excellent option. If you are looking for a more relaxed trip, choose to visit fewer locatio..ns because there is so much to see! :) First, considering the tight schedule with a bus full of tourists, the tour is well organized and everything was according to the detailed itinerary available on the website. What you see on the schedule is exactly what you get. Mano out tour guide and Freddy our driver were very good in all respects. There looks to be a lot of driving on the schedule but we were not as tired as we expected to be as there were regular breaks approximately every 2 to 2.5 hrs.Read full review
I picked Tours4Fun because of the destinations and the cities that were included in the European vacation. Online purchasing went smoothly. The trip was fair for the price. You get a taste of the different cities in Europe where you can eve..ntually view the one you like the most again and come back one more time.Read full review
It was a long and wonderful trip! We really love the cities and places we visited. It's truly a rich European culture tour for us. We were very lucky to have two wonderful tour guides and a fantastic coach diver. Florian Didier is our Pari..s tour guide and Danny Meszaros is our tour guide from Switzerland to Italy to Monaco. They are very funny, responsible, patient and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. We enjoyed their stories and comments. Thank you, Florian and Danny! The coach driver Fred is absolutely amazing. Thank you Fred for your safe, fast and smooth driving! You are the best driver!!!Also, many thanks to our Venice, Sistine Chapel and Colosseum tours guides. They are great! I will always remember their charming smiles and fascinating stories.Overall we are very happy about the airport pickup and drop-off services. Even though we don't know their names of the two young men (Sorry that we don't speak French), we want to say thank you to them. We are also very happy about the service desk ladies for their fast responses. You've provided the best services.Very happy that we made new friends from Malaysia, lovely Connie and her husband. Hope see you again! We will come back to you for our next European trip and, of course, I will recommend your service (Go EU Go) to my friends. Je vous remercie!Read full review
It was a great experienced for my family, tiring but worthy. We enjoyed the 11 days, Italy, Switzerland and France Tour. The optional cost is clearly indicated, the city tax and service charge, thereís no surprises when it comes to expense..s. I would recommend and will consider tours4fun.com for our future trips. Our tour guides Florian, then Lex Tang were both professional and polite that made our group comfortable. The tour bus driver Fred was great too!Read full review
I really loved the itinerary! We visited all major attractions and had plenty of time to enjoy to ourselves. The hotels were great, yet they were far from the city most of the time. The tour guides could improve, but overall it was an amazi..ng experience. Met wonderful people on the tour. Had a great time and would definitely take another tour!Read full review
The tour guide Dj times the eiffel tower sparkle perfectly. He was very knowledgeable about Paris and is very polite and courteous. I will recommend tour4fun to others
100% Good Tour - very fast - but good taste of Europe

The tour was well organized and well executed. It is very fast paced and you will likely be very tired - but it covers the highlights of France & Italy very well. This tour should be viewed as a curtain-raiser for a first-time visitor so th..at they can choose a subsequent trip for the areas of their interest. The hotels chosen in Switzerland and Italy are fantastic!! Hotels in France were slightly disappointing - but since that was just one overnight stay it was manageable. The tour-guide was very helpful and the bus driver was extremely cheerful and jolly. Words of caution: The itenerary published on the site is out-of-date. Some of the places are not included in the actual tour (but not a big deal). A Gratuity of approx 5 Euros per day per passenger is expected- please factor that in your expenses.Overall we had a good time and would recommend it to others.Read full review
Booking our Europe tour with Tours4Fun was easy. We chose them because of online recommendation and their good grades. I called their office when I had questions and then I got the answer. It was good. But as for the tour, the first day we ..were there was kind of messy because the airline misplaced our luggage. Also, the driver couldn't pick us up on time because we had to file the claim. Later, a different driver came and then I was on his van for four hours. We drove around Paris until we got to our hotel. We were picked up at 3:30 but we were dropped off at the hotel at 8 p.m. It was too much for us. The hotel was so bad. There was no elevator so we had to walk up a very narrow stair. The people working on the front desk were rude. There were two people in front of us who couldn't speak English. They were Chinese. The front desk people thought that we were in the same group. They thought that we were also Chinese and they said, "Speak English, speak English." I was so mad. Then, the room has no air conditioning and very small. This is a 1-star hotel. If we open the door, mosquitoes came in. The next day was better. We met the whole group then had breakfast and then we went on to the tour. That was the day when we had a good hotel. This hotel provided a better breakfast and service compared to the previous hotel. I would like Tours4Fun to provide better hotels for us. We are tired during this tour. The tour guide did a fine job. I knew that he had many groups because people were changing the trip. He had multiple jobs in the same trip. We tried to give him credit. He tried his best. Yet as a customer, we are not really satisfied with the way the tour had multiple functions for our tour guide like that. Also, the amount of time for the tour was not enough. We wanted to spend more time in some place but the schedule was shorter. Overall, I'd say that this is a good experience for us with the tour. We think that with the price we spent, it's okay.Read full review
I was googling and looking for some tour packages and Tours4Fun was listed on the top. It worked out with my schedules and the destinations were great.
