Had a very good experience with CSR Carmela. The tour guide speaks mostly chinese. If you are not Chinese you will not be able to understand what the tour guide is saying. Most of the passengers were loud and not respectful.

Gary the tour guide was very rude to the customer. He doesn't care if you have a good time or not. He is only there for money. He needs to learn customer service etiquette.

Except San Francisco you don't have enough time to visit the places. We traveled for 6 hours and we visited Santa Barbara for 20 minutes. Overall San Francisco is worth it!
