My family came from Korea and we wanted a trip in CA.
I purchased 4 disney tickets and this package from tours4fun.
Honestly, I didn't expect too much because too good price.
Wow, we stopped by so many places and we stayed at Marriott.. Fremont CA.
The hotel is really clean and very modern style. Great beds and about 50 min. far from San Fran. Bus stop every two hours for bathroom and you cannot bring coffee cups in the bus…etc. But, you should realize asian style tour is different. Some strict rules, move fast and get on & out the bus many times. BUT, you can see so many things and totally worth for money.
Oh, food, additional tour in San Fran and tips are excluded. I highly recommend to college students, anyone don't have a plan to drive during travel, anyone don't really have time to look in LA & San Fran area.

I have always dreamed to step on the ground of Yosemite. Just as I have thought, the view is amazing. Not only that the tour guide have great plan. I understand where people want to stay longer so he plan the tour based on his clients' pref..erence. Read full review
The 3 day were well spent and the places were all as mentioned in the itinerary.
Helpful tour guide and bus driver made our tour better.
One of the best tours i had.
86% Review for Tour 2-110 - 3-Day Santa Barbara - Solvang - San Francisco - Silicon Valley - Stanford University - Yosemite Bus Tour

The above mentioned tour which I took with Tours4Fun (T4F) was one of the best tours I had done. It had been a very memorable experience for me in terms of management and places covered.
To begin with pre-travel experience, I booked this t..our through website and during the course of booking I do had few queries which were resolved promptly by the T4F customer service department.
Also, they were pro-active in informing the change in the Day 3 itinerary (change to Monterey Bay instead on Yosemite) because of government shutdown. I was quite impressed with all this, though still apprehensive about the tour.
On the day of the tour, we had pick-up from the location specified on time.
The bus was comfortable and the tour guide (Kelvin) and the bus driver were very friendly and courteous. They were very helpful overall.
The places covered in the tour were same as mentioned on the itinerary (except for day 3 because of reasons mentioned above).
On day 1, we started from LA and went to Santa Barbara beach where we were given ample time, so that we were able to go to the end of the pier and return. Next crossing the scenic beauty of the area, we went to the beautiful town on Solvang which was built in Danish style. It was a very good place and we had lunch there only.
Around evening, we reached Silicon Valley area and saw offices of some of the major corporation. Subsequent to that, we visited Stanford University. After this, we stopped for dinner and then reached our hotel by 8.30. We got the same hotel as was mentioned in the itinerary. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there for 2 days.
Day 2 started with visiting the Lombard street which was just amazing. After this, we were taken to the Golden gate bridge which was again a wonderful experience. Pier 39-45 was our next stop where we had almost 2 hours at our disposal to have lunch, do some shopping and of course, sightseeing.
We opted for both bay-cruise and city tour. Through these tours, we got to see almost all the attractions in SFO. The tour guide and driver also took us to another attraction (which was not planned) when one of the planned attractions was closed due to some temporary problem. Post this, we went for some shopping and dinner in the SFO Chinatown where though the restaurants were predominantly Chinese, we could find other restaurants / cuisines also of our choice.
On Day 3, we started early in the morning and went to Monterey bay area and visited the beautiful golf course of the world. The scenic beauty of the route impressed me quite a lot. By evening, we reached LA and subsequently our drop-off location comfortably.
There were stoppage every 1.5 - 2 hours so, there was no food / restrooms related problems for anyone. The stoppages were on places where we could find different kind of restaurants and could have food of our choice.
I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. It was well managed and well planned and gave a good coverage of SFO attractions. Though some people may find it a bit difficult to understand the heavy accent to the tour guide, but that is a minor part as compared to hassle free, well managed tour you are getting.
Highly recommended. I would definitely be taking another tour with T4F in near future.

The tour guide, Jason was good in terms of explaining the sites of interest as well as the added tour to Google, Microsoft and Apple.
However, the city tour at SF, which cost $25 is not worth it. Can give it a go
Good tour guide (good english), Well organized tour (except for Stanford university tour, which was not covered well due to failing light).
I feel the optional indepth city tour of san francisco should be merged with regular tour (and i..nclude the optional fee of $25 to tour fee, it is inexpensive and worth). This would help to rearrange timings and good coverage of stanford university in day time.
The food on final day (big buffet) was good, it is a steal @ $11.

The tour was really good as they covered most of the high sight seeing places. Our Pilot Sunday and tour guide Larry was added credit for the tour.He was able to explain everything with historical background which really impressed .
The t..our pack was scheduled in a such a way that u will be able to see all listed places with slightly hectic schedule due to distance and traffic.
The optional tour are all worth paying for it except the SFO in depth tour which does not make me satisfied for paying .
Over all the tour was all good.Read full review
The tour was great, the tour guide (Hu) was nice and knowledgeable, in fact IMO he's the best among all the tour guides that I encountered in all my 3 tours with Tours4fun. All the hotels we stayed in was good.
The only thing is Tours4fun s..hould not charge extra $25 for the city tour, SF is not that big! and we had to pay the tips for that day too! Read full review

I bought this tour for my boyfriend for christmas and it was an awesome gift. It was a great gift because we got to travel and experience San franciso, yosemite, and hearst castle. Not only did we get to travel, but the customer service we.. experience made the trip even better ! Our tour guide was great and made the tour really fun. I was cautious of ordering on this website at first because everything was done online, but after reading all the reviews i ordered this tour and was very happy. They let you out a lot for bathroom breaks and food breaks during the trips which is great. The food places they take you to for dinner is actually really good places with GREAT prices. The hotels you stay at are also very good and not sketchy looking ha. The tour guide had an accent but was very nice and understanding and very knowledgable. He us talkative and very informative. The tour was a little rush because they want you to be able to go to as many places as you can, but at the end of the day is very tiring. we really had fun and recommend it. so dont be scared of booking on this website and is totally worth it.Read full review

Thank you Tours4fun for the wonderful trip, eventhough our time was very limited! It was my first time to joined the tour but atleast, give us more time at the most amazing place. Money wise, all worth it. All iterinary was on time & organi..zed. Too bad that our tour guide wasn't that good in english so it was kinda hard for us/others who are not mandarin speaking to understand what she was explaining. Good thing that my friend who was with me at the tour speak & understand mandarin, otherwise I'm lost! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE SOME TOUR GUIDE WHO SPEAK WELL ENGLISH for the sake of everyone....So, what is the use of having a restroom at the bus? Let us use it! so when we get to some place for restroom, it wouldn't take that much of our time just for the line & finding the restroom!!! Read full review
This was an interesting way to see California at a very fast pace.
If it was on the printed itinerary you saw it and was told about it, if it popped up along the way, no one knew what it was. EG, the Dam for the water supply to LA was not ..commented on until I asked about it. As was the area of the Bay of San Francisco where the land was divided into squares beside a very low roadway, on the way to Stamford University. No one knew why.
We had been warned about the dual language, english/chinese so this was not a drama, in fact was very interesting.
The guides, on the whole were good, with Michael, the guide we had to San Francisco, Yosemite and back to LA, exceptional.
The accommodation everywhere was comfortable.
The availability of food on the tour became repetetive with repeated visits to Chinese Buffets. I am sure even the Chinese people on the tour became frustrated with this.. After the 3rd one, we gave up and ate away from the tour for lunches etc.
The only complaint I would have with any of the Hotels we stayed at would be that the Howard Johson Hotel at Anaheim seemed very slapdash about making their dinner menu available and treated you with surprise that you would want to eat there. Often the food on the menu was not available after the orders were taken.
Those things aside, we enjoyed the tour very much and would use the company again.
Be aware that on top of the cost of the tour you will be required to pay a fee to the tour bus driver and tour guide every day. This is in small print on your itinerary and adds quite considerably to the costs you will incur. It would be better if these charges were included in the cost of the tour.Read full review
The tour was enjoyable, meeting nice people and seeing the sights. Didn't get to see yosemite due to weather but enjoyed the beautiful 17 mile drive along the coastline.
