The tour was very nice. Transportation and two nights in hotel for a very cheap price. Also the tour guide (Ben) was very funny and told us a lot of info about what we were visiting. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that we have t..o do at least 4 attraction or pay a fee: I think the clients should be let free to decide how many attraction they want to visit.Read full review
The bus on the 1st day was old and had a little leg room, no seatbelt but the itinerary was good. The 2nd bus (last day) was better. I love Quebec! It was beautiful though the weather wasn't nice. It rained all day. The tour guides were ple..asant and although they are not fluent in English, they could speak enough to understand. 96% were chinese people. I was among the minority (English speakers). At the wine tasting (last day), me and other 2 non-Chinese had a hard time. We didnt get the tour (winery) as we were told to wait for another tour guide who was busy at the time. However, an employe approached the 3 of us and had the wine tasting. Overall, it was a good experience.Read full review
We enjoyed the tour so much. Though the weather on the first day was not good (and we could not see Thousand Islands because of the heavy rain), the rest of the tour was so enjoyable. Ben the tour guide was informative and supportive of our.. special request of leaving the tour in Ottawa as we needed to fly to Calgary. The driver was kind and caring. Accommodation was excellent with fast wifi. Totally recommended.Read full review

We had a great tour and had the opportunity to see places that would otherwise not have been easy to arrange or get to. Our guide was professional, our bus was clean and our hotel was amazing. Most of the meals are Asian cuisine but everywh..ere we stopped there are alternatives if you do not want to take the meal plan. All the attractions were very well coordinated by the company and our guide.Read full review

I was testing out tour guide if he would return my $1 change. He didn't. Also, I find it iffy that they don't issue an official receipt. I think it's a form of tax evasion. They would give us receipt for the initial tour package we purchase.. on the web, but no receipt for the entrance fees, meals etc. It was a good and affordable trip nevertheless. I just don't like some people who are part of the tour who are disrespectful, loud and unfair. Everyone gets turns seated at the back, the middle, and front. This guy, although I don't understand his language, complained why he is at the back and demanded to be seated in front. So the tour guide gave up his seat. It's just unfair because if he wanted the front row seat, he should've paid for VIP seats.Read full review
Kimberly, tour guide, and Mikey, driver, knew how to coordinate the tour so that we were able to see all of the attractions according to the itinerary. Hotel accommodation was decent with a mini-fridge and microwave in room, except for the ..last day. Very basic breakfast was also provided. The tour guide didn't pressure us to buy her meal plan, but we did that for our convenience. She actually told us in advance that we might not like certain meals with the group, i.e. a traditional Chinese dinner; therefore, we would be able to go on our own. It's a good idea to include a French dinner and a Canadian lunch in the itinerary. However, due to the volume of tours arrived at the same time, the restaurants were too overwhelmed. The food was not good and service was not acceptable. We could tell a bad attitude from local patrons as well as workers at the establishments toward us. We would suggest the tour operator to adjust the schedule so that there wouldn't be so many tour buses stopping at the same place at the same time. We saw 12 big tour buses, the 50+ seaters, had already parked at the Thousand Islands when we arrived. We were lucky that everyone on our tour this time was courteous and on time. Only a few individuals had a bad habit of pushing, yelling, taking too much compartment space that belong to someone else's seats, and using the toilet on the bus that caused a very bad odor. Overall, we would recommend this tour to those who want to see many attractions on a budget.Read full review
