Amazing tour that was packed with highlights - Madrid and Barcelona. Our guide Sara was extremely knowledgeable and very informative, giving ongoing history and updates along the journey.
Just wrapped up the 8-day guided tour from Madrid, and wow, what an experience! Visiting the Alhambra Palace was like stepping into a fairy tale, and the Generalife Gardens were breathtaking. The city tours in Madrid and Barcelona were supe..r informative. Plus, the boat ride on the Guadalquivir River was a relaxing treat. Can't wait to recommend this to friends!Read full review

No wifi in the bus. Travelling long distance without wifi is boring specially when you are in the bus for about 5-6 hours a day. There was a toilet in the bus but not allowed to use it. We had to wait for regular rest stops to use toilet. O..n average 13 hours spent at hotels. They were good but in isolated places. When you get to a hotel no way to get out. Only 5-6 hours allowed for tours including lunch. One day it was limited to 1.5 hours. Only after I booked the tour, No time to vist Alhambra palace which is one of main attractions in Spain. Last moment we were asked to join a combined tour group of Chinese and we were the only English speaking travelers. It was somewhat boring trip. I recommend to have about two weeks for this trip then there will be at least one day for sight-seen at a one location.Read full review

The good points: All the Europamundo tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. The accommodation was a good standard, with efficient check-in and decent breakfasts. Big comfortable bus.
The bad points: The tour itinerary inc..luded a day in Madrid when all shops and museums were closed (New Year's Day), and a "scenic" train trip up to Montserrat in the dark (like viewing the Mona Lisa with the lights off). Knowing these closures and the short winter days, they really should have amended the itinerary, or given us fair warning. The views from Monserrat was why we chose this trip, and we didn't get it. And it was sad hearing about these great museums, knowing we had no chance to visit them.Read full review
We enjoyed the tour because after a guided tour, we were given adequate time to explore the place by ourselves. Also, Mano our tour leader, was very helpful and gave an excellent narration of the history and other important information abou..t the places that we visited. The schedule was not very hectic or tiring too.
We would like to go on another tour in the future, as well as recommend this particular tour to our friends too.Read full review

The company that you sent us with Europamunda was ridiculous. Unorganized and not informative and could barely speak English. Not to mention the additional trips they suggested was a scam. They Flamingo show was a joke. $65 for a crappy mea..l and a couple of people that look like they pulled off the street and asked them to dance.Read full review

I didn’t like that the tour was a bit rushed and I didn’t have airport shuttle back to airport. The hotels only had soap but nothing else. I was a solo traveler and nothing was explained to us where to go to find tour guide

Fast paced informative tour of area and historical areas. Most days are just guided for half day with afternoon on your own for exploring. Travel day very long but stops for historical sights are very good with time to see places. Would ..use them again for a tour.Read full review
